Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney

We administer some 600 Trusts and believe that our professional staff are kept informed by constantly attending Trust seminars and legal meetings concerning Trust laws to ensure that we are up to date with all matters and ensure that we meet the Inland Revenue Department’s requirements.  There are many sham Trusts and some lawyers undertake this type of work, not necessarily to complete same according to the Inland Revenue Department’s requirements, and put one’s Trust at risk with attacks from Government Institutions, the Inland Revenue Department or creditors.  We adopt a cautious approach to Trust work and give clients advice based on Inland Revenue Department requirements and the reality of the situation.

Most Trusts are completed for asset protection and in many, if not, most cases, you also obtain some tax advantages which are worth having.

We offer a free first appointment for Trusts and offer a full report for each individual client’s needs with the costs enumerated therein.  There is no fee unless the client proceeds with that work.

We have extensive experience in discussing asset protection and estate planning which includes the use of family trusts, trading trusts, partnerships and wills.  We can help and advise you with regard to options and preparing a trust to suit you.
